Hazelett designs, engineers, and manufactures the Hazelett® Twin-Belt Caster for the nonferrous metals industry. Hazelett is recognized worldwide for our leading metals processing technology. The materials produced on our casting machines are used in many applications such as automotive structures, aluminum cookware, street signs, automotive batteries, and copper wire.
Position Overview:

You’ll help us attract amazing talent and guide them through every step of the process, from their first interaction with us to their onboarding. Schedule: Part-time role, approximately 15–25 hours per week.
What You Will Do:
Identify and attract top candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
Provide hiring managers with updates on candidate status and recruitment progress.
Manage and maintain the internal applicant tracking system with up-to-date candidate information.
Prepare and send offer letters, rejection letters, and other recruitment-related documents.
Update and maintain the recruitment database with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring outcomes.
Create and post engaging job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
Ensure job descriptions are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.
Maintain confidential recruitment records with accuracy.
Collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers to refine the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
What You Will Need:
Minimum of three years of professional experience in talent acquisition.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Acrobat.
Strong computer and internet skills, with demonstrated experience in database management and recordkeeping.
High initiative with outstanding communication skills.
Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying shift schedules as needed.
Reports to the Human Resources Manager. This role is often self-directed with minimal supervision required.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
What We Offer:
Hourly wage range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
Matching 401k after 90 days. Fully vested when you start contributing!
