Milling

Hazelett utilizes CNC horizontal boring mills, CNC vertical mills and a CNC Bridge mill in addition to conventional and Trak Bed mills to cover all your milling needs from small to very large work pieces.

Turning

Several standard and heavy-duty CNC and manually operated lathes are available to provide contour and shape to your precision parts.

Cutting

Hazelett offers Waterjet, Oxy-Fuel, Band and Cold Saw cutting for a variety of materials.

Welding

Our welding capabilities feature all common techniques (TIG, stick, MIG) for steel, stainless steel and aluminum, including MIG overlay welding.

Finishing

We offer grid blasting in a large overhead crane accessible sealed workspace utilizing Aluminum Oxide Grit to provide outstanding surface preparation.

 Our fully enclosed paint booth, also equipped with full overhead crane access, operates in a cross flow pressurized environment to deliver consistent results.
