Customer Service will respond by telephone, fax, or e-mail. When a Hazelett representative is required to be at a customer’s plant, our goal is to have a Field Service Engineer on-site in 24 to 48 hours of a request.
The Hazelett Customer Service Department is instrumental in keeping our worldwide customers' plants operating efficiently. Our customers are operating machines all over the world and the Customer Service Department is set up to promptly assist them. Even on weekends and holidays, in most cases, we reply within hours.
Open from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Emergency assistance provided after regular business hours through our answering service.
