Customer Service We are your contact in providing assistance from Hazeletts engineering, field service, sales, manufacturing, and inventory departments.
We will respond promptly to assist you. In most cases, we reply
within hours. This includes weekends and holidays.
Customer Service attempts to resolve issues by telephone, facsimile,
or e-mail. When a Hazelett representative is required at a customers
plant, our goal is to have a Field Service Engineer on site in 24 to 48
hours of a request. Hazeletts Customer Service Department is staffed from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Emergency assistance is provided after regular business hours through our answering service.
